Cannot scroll to zoom after scrolling in timeline

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this bug? Whenever I go down to scroll through my timeline I can't zoom in and out with the scroll wheel on my model. I have to restart fusion every time I do this. I've attached a video that hopefully shows exactly what's happening.
