Cannot run any ULP

When I try to run any ULP, I get the following error:

C:/Users/<my username>/AppData/Local/Autodesk/webdeploy/production/<some kind of UUID>/Applications/Electron/LibEagle/examples/ulps/examples/dxf.ulp(1):

error in constant

Of course dxf.ulp in this example will be the name of the ULP I'm trying to run.
