Cannot render locally

When I first started with Fusion 360 I could render images locally. Now, when I click the "render" button, a window opens up but it's empty.

EDIT:

Actually, I noticed the pattern. When I was working offline it did work. I let that window idle and it turned out that it did eventually get populated with the render settings, however it takes really long. Perhaps it's a good idea to load the whole UI and then make web requests fro Cloud Credits quotas (and show a spinner in place of the number in the meantime)?

That is interesting, when i go offline it pops up in seconds and simply limits it to local render stating cloud is only available when online (🤔 sort of redundant) but all seems fine there.
