Cannot remove an "UnresolvedComponent" from assembly

I had a file corrupted file due to that recent “unresolved components” error message issue.

I have the latest build 2.0.10244.

Now those files, which I had to rebuild, show up in my assembly as an "UnresolvedComponent".

Choosing the "Update all out-of-date references" button does not perform any function.

There is no option to delete the file; see attached.

@matthewtravers.tutamen Did you get a chance to follow the article ? Do you still have the design file (that was referenced) in your data panel? If you do can you open that file? In the notifications we have sent out, you will not lose the file itself. The file is still available in the cloud (the last successful saved version to the cloud).

If you are not seeing the file in the data panel, can you fo to Fusion team and look at the track can to see if the design is there? If it is restoring it would get the assembly in tack.

If none of this solves the problem, please reach out in the email in the above article. For impacted designs due to this issue we are having a special team help out on each dataset.

Thank you Rajkumar, I appreciate the response.

I must have screwed this part up pretty bad when I used the "Import New Version" option for the corrupted file. I figured 'its, an option, might as well use it', assuming the assembly would like the new imported version; I was wrong.

I have discovered a few times that screwing around to fix an issue and just backing up to where you were is not much of an option with Fusion, as it was with Inventor; maybe this will teach me. Looks like I'm starting from scratch building a few assemblies...

@matthewtravers.tutamen Any assembly in its current state , do let us know if there is anything we can help with. IF you do I can have you invite a couple of engineers into your project that can help.
