Cannot re-add user to fusion 360 team

Hi Guys,

 

I've recently shared a fusion team with one of my colleaugues to work together on a design. However, as a test I decide to remove him from our main autodesk team/ subscription. 

Subsequently, he was automatically removed from the fusion team. However, once I added him back to our main autodesk account, he was not automatically assign to the fusion team, and when I went to try to do that manually, fusion team gave the following error: "This person is already a member of this team". However, he is not in the members list and cannot access the team.

I would appreciate your support to solve this issue.

Hello,

 

In the Admin page of your hub, there is a members and roles list that has a filter for Inactive Users.
