Cannot push PCB to fusion, either project or empty board

When pushing to Fusion, I get an error "Error pushing to Fusion: . "

I've tried:

Signing out, signing back in
Creating a new project in Fusion to link to
I've tried an empty board (no libraries, just a dimension layer outline).

I was able to resolve this finally by uninstalling Eagle and reinstalling.  I then had to apply the SSL dll patch again as well.
