cannot post for my crossfire after auto desk upgraded need old system back

how can i talk to a auto desk rep. with my problem . haven't been able to use my crossfire for months been on langmuire forum i would like to talk to someone forums are useless rich johnston

Can you please give a little bit more detail on what the exact problem is?  Someone here may be able to offer some advice.

Looks like the post button is off the bottom of the screen, Does the 'enter' key not post? or maybe hide the taskbar?

You should be able to drag the window down a bit, resize and then drag it back up

i tried the enter button it just took me back to the post library . is there any way to get back to the old system
