Cannot open or Save Files

I use two computers for running F360; one in the house and one in the shop.  I have no problem with the house computer with creating projects, folders and files and saving them.  When I use the shop computer the projects and folders show in the Data Panel but when I click on them nothing opens.  Shouldn't I be able to share files between both computers without having to save them to a thumb drive?  Is there a setting in Fusion that needs to be turned on or off?  I did uninstall Fusion and reloaded this morning.  The problem still exists.  I have attached the log diagnostic files for reference.

Are you making sure you are logged off of one computer's instance of Fusion 360 before logging in on the other.  Only one instance, per Autodesk ID, are allowed to run at once.

Yes, I am logged out of the computer I'm not using.  When I do not log out and fire up Fusion on another computer I get a message that my subscription allows only one session to be open at a time.  That message screen allows me to log out of Fusion on the other computer and continue on the computer I'm using.  I mention this because I've done it both ways, logging out then using the other computer or responding to the on screen message and remotely logging out, still no access to files on my shop computer.

Hi @tspinetti,

I've heard of this type of issue once in the past, it was linked to a laptop that had multiple graphics cards installed (integrated + dedicated) and the workaround was to disable one of them in the BIOS. This might be what you are running into, or it could be related to some other piece of your system, such as your input (mouse / touchscreen ?) drivers.

If you can share your System Information (email to me - [email protected]) we can look deeper to see if anything stands out as unusual.

Regards,

Here are screenshots of my computers.  Is this the info you are asking for?  If you need more info let me know.  The first attachment is my shop computer.  The one that doesn't allow me to save or open files.  The other one is my house computer.  It works as it should.

Hi @tspinetti ,

It doesn't look as though the attachments came through.

Some additional questions that might help pin things down :

 - Can you browse through the contents of your projects / folders on the Shop Computer ?

 - Can you use the 'Open' command in the menu to navigate through your folders and open designs ?

 - Could you collect log files from the shop computer (Help -> Support and Diagnostics ) and share with me in case they are reporting anything relevant.

Regards,

Matt.
