Cannot Open or Create 2D Drawings

A simple request to have Autodesk connect to my computer and find out why I cannot open or create 2D drawings.  They have wasted a week emailing me asking for files, pictures and recommendations.  I'm in US and I think they are in UK so responses are 12 hours behind.  AutoDesk support is very poor!

 

I hope this motivates AutoDesk to contact me and get this resolved.

im also having the same issue, i can't open or create new 2D prints. every time i try it opens a new tab but then closes without an error code or message.

I got my problem fixed.  They were a help with the problem.  They suspected a Intel Graphics driver that needed updated.  Did you get yours fixed?

They made notes.  Have them refer to Support Case 17862586.
