Cannot open my designs

Whenever I try to open a design from my team hub I get the following message
I think this is related to the fact that our Fusion Team trial was recently converted to a paid subscription. I tried clearing the cache, but it did not help.
UPDATE: I tried to create a new test design and upload it to the team hub, but I got the following message
I am the project owner, so the only reason I would have lost access is that our team trial was expired for a couple days. However, it's now up and running and I can access all my files through the web interface.
UPDATE 2: Just reinstalled Fusion and it did not help!
UPDATE 3: Using the web interface, I can upload files, but when I try to delete them it says "Delete Failed"
