Cannot open my designs

Whenever I try to open a design from my team hub I get the following message 

Fusion cannot open.pngI think this is related to the fact that our Fusion Team trial was recently converted to a paid subscription. I tried clearing the cache, but it did not help.

 

UPDATE: I tried to create a new test design and upload it to the team hub, but I got the following message

I am the project owner, so the only reason I would have lost access is that our team trial was expired for a couple days. However, it's now up and running and I can access all my files through the web interface.

 

UPDATE 2: Just reinstalled Fusion and it did not help!

 

UPDATE 3: Using the web interface, I can upload files, but when I try to delete them it says "Delete Failed"

Thanks for replying. I followed the steps in the article but they didn't work. Still unable to open my designs. 

I think the most important clue is that even in the autodesk360 web interface I am unable to delete files. That makes me think there is something wrong on the database end and not just something wrong with the Fusion install on my local machine.

 

Please find the logs attached.

Hi @md27182,

 

Thank you for your response, and I am sorry to hear that the issue still persists. I have escalated this issue to A360 team for further investigation. Someone from the team or I will circle back here as soon as I have an update. (ATEAM-17497)

 

In the meantime, could you try the following items to see if you can work around the issue?

 

1. Change the Project Type to Open

2. Download designs from the web and upload them to another project in Fusion Team or personal hub

 

Also, just to check, if you invite another user to your project, is that user able to open/upload files successfully? Is the issue limited to Scanner project?

Changed the project to "open" instead of "closed". Tried to open my designs again and it worked! Not sure if this was what fixed it or not but either way, thank you for your help.

 

By the way, I still cannot delete files using the web interface. Still getting the "delete failed" message from the earlier screenshot I posted.

I just heard back from the team that they have fixed the issue with deleting files. Would you mind checking if the issue has been fixed and letting me know how it goes?
