Cannot move past the Create team page in start up

I have downloaded fusion 360, i have put my login details into the startup screen. I am then led to the create team box, however i cannot create a new nor join an existing team as both are grey and not selectable, and i cannot skip it only a back button is available that does nothing. As a result of this i am stuck on the create team page and cannot move forward as there is no button to skip this.

Try restarting Fusion.

1. Close Fusion 360

2. Go to https://login.autodesk360.com/login
3. Login using your account credentials
4. This should help you complete the process
5. Next while launching Fusion 360 click on Ctrl+shift (windows) or CMd+Shift (Mac) to bring up the Fusion service utility

6. Run the reset Fusion 360
7. Launch Fusion 360
