Cannot modify custom drawing template

This is my first time posting on the forum. My issue has been discussed here and there in other topics but I wasn't able to find a exactly what I am experiencing.

I have been managing my company's hub for a while now. At some point I created some custom drawing templates and saved them in the Assets Project. There is a good amount of drawings created from these templates.

I decided I want to tweak some things in the templates' title block and found I can't save/upload afterwards. The message I get states I don't have sufficient permissions, even though I have admin rights. At first I thought the Assets Project caused this but I can't edit and save the templates even if they are located in a different project. I found a comment from @cmiller66 saying drawing templates cannot be edited. Is this still true?

To be honest I don't understand the logic. I have prior experience with Inventor and SW, especially interacting with/creating custom drawing templates. In both of them you can edit and save a template and that will even push the changes to any existing drawings.

Hi @vkirovCNZEY ,

There is no limitation on editing the templates. Can you please try to open and save as or copy template to other project than Assets or Library? Is this personal hub? Also can you share the screenshot of project/folder structure in the hub?

I already moved the templates in a different project I use for a library of purchased standard parts. This is a company shared hub. To be honest, I don't understand what exactly you need me to screenshot. All of our projects in the hub have either been changed to folder level or created as such. I am guess that is what you needed to verify with the screenshot. Let me know if I can provide any other information. Thank you for making the time to look into my problem!

Hi @vkirovCNZEY , Please note, if you can edit the designs, drawings in the hub, you should be able to edit drawing templates. There is no specific limitation on editing drawing templates.
