Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

Can you expand a bit on what you are seeing? For instance you type your username in, and then when prompted to type your password, you cannot type anything? Do any noises occur (asking because if a pop-up steals focus you should hear that traditional Windows ding)? Also, are you able to left-click into the field and type? What about copying/pasting the password?

Thanks,

After typing in username and hitting enter brings up password prompt. I can type my password in but nothing happens after pressing enter or clicking on the sign in button.

Hi @Anonymous,

To be honest, I'm not too sure why that might be happening. Does the "click" happen in Windows eyes? For example - do you see the button change color slightly as well as the symbol for your cursor change? We may need to set up time next week for a remote desktop session to go over this.

One other thought I have - do you have the Autodesk Desktop App? If so, this may be a way to bypass the sign in process via Fusion. Once downloaded, you can sign into the ADA, and Fusion will honor that sign in process on next launch.

Thanks,

Hi @bambooflyrod,

Can you try deleting the Web Services folder and then try? Note, that if you have any running Autodesk services such as Autodesk Desktop App, you will be unable to delete the Web Services folder. Run Task Manager and end any processes related to Autodesk. To delete the folder:

Remove the LoginState.xml file and Restart Fusion 360:

Mac OS
1. (Close Fusion 360) In Terminal, type the below command and press enter
open ~/library/
2. In the Subsequent Finder window (Macintosh HD > Users > %Profile% > Library), browse to
~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Web Services
3. Delete Web Services
4. Restart Fusion 360

Windows
1. (Close Fusion 360) In windows explorer browse to   %localappdata%\autodesk\web services
2. Delete Web Services
3. Restart Fusion
