cannot install

attempting to install fusion on my pc it has ran it in the past but I had to wipe the drives, so I have a new windows running(dont think that actually matters) everytime i run the client downloader it gives me errno 13 ive tried the solutions presented. This is already an admin account and running as admin doesnt change

@Ulriceth000 The log file you attached is from 2022. When you get the error you should have an open log file location. Can you attach those logs?
