Cannot find Supplied Files for Intro to CAD,CAM and Practical CNC Machining?

I am enrolled in the Introduction to CAD, CAM, and Practical CNC Machining course by @MattPerez314 (or possibly @Anonymous I am unsure). So far, I have really enjoyed the course but came across an issue. I cannot find the supposed supplied file to complete lesson 3 step 3. The name of the file is "Basic Surface Creation" and I cannot seem to find it anywhere in the course. 

I would appreciate some help so that I could continue learning! Thanks in advance,
