Cannot find our machine in your list

Hi, Downloaded Fusion 360 Trial Version. Under machine selection could not find the Machine we have. How to include or find a similar machine from your list? The machine we are using is Wabeco CNC desktop milling machine CC-F1410 LF. Can I modify the machine parameters to suit our Machine? Thanks.

Sure, you can highlight one of the existing Machine configurations and then select the Local Machine library and paste it there.  Then highlight the pasted machine and select the editing pencil from the list of tools and edit it to suit.
