Cannot export files due to reserved parent file

There are two users on this Fusion360 team account.  I am the account admin for our team of two, but neither of us has permission to export the assets of a certain file as it is "reserved" by another team member who does not exist.  I have tried a number of different fixes.  I have tried removing the other user from the team folder.  I've tried going offline and exporting to a new file. I've even tried uninstalled Fusion360 for both users and reinstalled cleanly.  I've changed our permissions to every permutation I can think of but I'm still sitting here confronted by the most obnoxious error message I have received in my 3 years of working with Fusion360.

This was not an issue with this file previously, it began when I transferred the project from my personal group to the team group and allowed the second user to access it.  I've done this with multiple projects involving much more complicated and broken assemblies and did not receive the same error.  And to preempt those asking for the archive files so they can try to replicate the bug, I've tried to export the top level file and achieved only frustration and the exact same error message.

Both me and the other user have scoured the internet looking for some other party sharing in our frustration, only to come up empty-handed and dead-eyed.  Picture attached.

To any who respond; thanks in advance.

We're looking at the root of the problem at this time.

There is a workaround:

  1. Close all designs in Fusion
  2. Open text commands (file > View > Show Text Commands)
  3. Run text command CloudFileStore.ClearFileCacheForTest

Restart Fusion and try your workflow again.

Thank you very much sir Phil!  That immediately fixed my issue!  Surpised I couldnt find this somewhere else on the web, likely some issue with my search terms.

Ho, uh, it seems I spoke too soon.  It did fix my issue for a single export.  However, the problem resumed directly thereafter and the fix is no longer working.  I've tried this a few more times, restarted my computer, ensured I was the only user online on our team.

Are there any other steps I can take?
