Cannot drag component by decal

As the title reads, I cannot move components or bodies if the mouse click first lands on a decal, see screen cast below. Thanks!

Thanks for posting! This appears to be working as intended to me - you are unable to drag move decals because it could make it difficult to maintain their desired positions (you could accidentally drag them around). Because the decal is selected, the drag command is disabled. 

It would be nice to have the option to make decals unselectable - please post your thoughts on how this current behavior could be improved on the Fusion 360 Ideastation. We appreciate your input.

You could also use the select other command and go to the "Parents" tab to select either the body or component through the decal.
