Cannot Create New Project

When I try to create a new project I get the following error:  "Not Allowed PUT /communities/api/user/create for b78b90a9171f.1664285fd95".

I confirmed my license is up to date. Tried logging in/out to no avail.   Can anyone help me with this?

Hey, I have the same problem. When I try creating a project via the web interface, I get a "Usage limits exceeded" error. Is the number of projects limited to just 8?

Same "Not Allowed Put..." error, licence looks fine. I can save in projects already created but can't create or archive projects.

Same here, I can't create it in software or in the web interface. Personal non-commercial license which I renewed, which I suspect as the year ticked is likely the culprit here. Please fix this.

Same here, I just updated the free non-commercial license and now can't create new projects. Old projects work fine.

The "new project" feature in https://myhub.autodesk360.com/ returns the error:

"Not Allowed PUT /communities/api/user/create for ..."

I simply get a blue bar and "??" in the fusion 360 app.

I can't believe that after 4 months there is no solution or an explanation for this.

I see that message many times on customer account.

Hi Julia,

Is there a solution to this issue yet?

I am having the same issue when creating a new project or trying to edit or archive existing.

Thanks.

Still no solution? I just got this error now after changing from the "hobbyist"-license to "personal use"-license.

Cannot archive or create projects 😞

I wasn't able to save a new project simply because I had too many existing projects in my library (Personal license has a 10 project limit).

Had a clear-out and all is good, but attempting to rename or archive empty folders to tidy up the list also thre up this error.  A work-around was to archive my folders via the web interface:

https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active

(You'll have to be logged in, obviously).

Hope this helps.

Wal.

The "10 active projects" limit doesn't go into effect until January...

Heh, well at least I'm now prepared for it..!

Must have been a temporary glitch not being able to save a new project.

Deleting/renaming folders via the web interface works for me as a workaround to avoiding the error seen in the OP when attempting to delete/rename folders.

I also have this issue. I have returned to Fusion after a long break and updated my account as part of the update process. I can not create a new project even though I only have 2 existing/active.
