Cannot connect to internet

I installed fusion 360 and even reinstalled it but when i launch it, it says no internet connection even tho it is fully connected to internet. The internet connection test inside of the service utility says there is no issues. When I press repair fusion, the utlity crashes. I reset and still nothing, cache cleared and again nothing. Tried every fix possible.

Could you please refer to the suggestions provided in the following knowledge article for dealing with these installation issues

"WinError 10060 or 10054" and Fusion 360 fails to install
