Cannot Archive Project - Permission Denied

Hi, I created a empty project named DIY, but when I try to archive it, I get an error saying: "You don't have the required permissions to perform this operation." I'm the creator of the project, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

@d23amtics004 Any chance that you are on a team hub that you do not own?

I only have one hub, and the project named DIY is showing under the "Shared with Me" section, even though I’m the one who created it. In the admin panel, it also lists me as the creator. However, I’m unable to create new folders, upload files, or save any changes.

When I try to create a folder, I receive the following error: SEC_WRITE_ACCESS_DENIED - Write access denied. Urn=urn:adsk.wipprod:fs.folder:co.yAG_4nV7TxmMO8vLVX2Cmw

Hi @d23amtics004

Our development team has resolved the issue. Please can you confirm from your end if you are able to archive your project? You should also be able to create folders within your project and archive the project.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, the issue is still persisting. I have sent the project name in a DM.
