Cannot access shared files

I was invited to share and edit files by a customer. They gave me access to their Fusion360 account and I installed Fusion360. When I try to open the files I get the message "Fusion360 is not installed in your system" even though it is. Ignoring that and opening on desktop, I get the message "application has detected that the document you are trying to open is stored on a different hub. Please activate appropriate hub and try again."

When I installed Fusion360 it gave me a strange account name that does not track to my gmail account that I used to set it up. I can see the account my client set up for me and the account that was created during installation but I cannot switch Fusion360 to access the shared files.

Can I get some help?

Thanks,

Ted

Hey beemerted, have you tried switching to a different hub? On the web, you can click on the icon with your profile photo and see a list of team hubs you're in. You'll have a personal hub by default and any other hubs you've created or been invited to will show up there as well

In the desktop app, you can switch between hubs with the button in the upper left corner.
