Can you make dimensions equal with a sketch or between features?

Is it possible to make two dimension equal in a sketch or between separate features on the history tree?

Other cad systems I've used allows dimensions to be related (equal or even using an equation).  Can 360 do that and if so, how?

There are a couple of ways to do this.  In the video below, you can use the dimension in the earlier sketch to set the value in the later sketch.  Or, you can do this using a user parameter.  Create a user parameter, and set both dimensions equal to that user parameter.
