Can't work re-anchor on prmitive cylinder command

when I use cylinder command,

re-anchor doesn't work for hight.

Is it bug or something?

Thanks for posting. I would suggest you to use Extrude commant to create a cylinder from a circle. It gives you more controls and sustainable way. 🙂
