Can't view shared team projects

I shared with my students projects from my team. I have one student for some reason the the project names are not showing up in the data panel.  Oddly enough you can still save to the project and if you search you can find the file if you know the name, but nothing shows up in the data panel.

Thanks for using Fusion.

Though I didn't completely understand the problem here on whether the student wasn't able to view the project you created and shared.

if so, it should not happen that way. can student give a try to click on the project invite which he/she received on email and see if it lands on the shared project on the web?

if it is seen there, would suggest student to sign out and sign in back to see the refreshed data.

The student has tried on multiple computer. There are no projects or files that are listed in the Data Panel. As you can see below, if she clicks on save she can save her work in either project that I have shared with her, but still nothing shows up in her data panel.  I'm very confused since all my other students have had no problems.

Thanks for the reply.

it shouldn't happen this way, I hope you did Refresh by clicking on "Refresh" icon in the DataPanel.

Also, can you open the web interface by hitting the URL https://fusionteam.autodesk.com/ by clicking on access now.

and see if you can find the list of projects in that.
