Can't use Fusion 360, get stuck at Team screen

Anonymous

Hi, I have been trying to get into the software, but get stuck at the two screens included in attachments below. Please let me know how I can resolve this. I have been a user of Fusion 360 for a bit over a year now and have almost always been pestered by this screen. But this time, I can't click into any option or exit out of it, so I have been unable to begin new designs or even open old files. Please help me to resolve this, thanks!

Still no solution to this stupid problem?

I'm already part of a team, so I can't create a new one and get past the page. Unreal. And the "support" answer above the guy didn't even understand the question. Yeah, we already know how to create a team. That's how we got here...

Stupid Autodesk programmers.

I am suddenly getting this after running f360 just fine 2 hours ago. I have tried reinstalling, checking my subscription, running as administrator, I can log in to the web based managment area just fine but can't get past those two windows OP linked.

Edit: After all that it starts working normaly if i restart my computer.

Strange.  I couldn't Quit Fusion360 either, so I force-quit it.  Same problem when I tried to start it again.  So I went to go e-mail support, and while writing my e-mail, I ran Fusion360 again to make sure I was describing the problem accurately... and the problem didn't occur again.  So as of right now, Fusion360 is starting just fine.  I haven't restarted my computer or done much of anything in between other than Force Quit Fusion360 and start it, Force Quit it again and wait a while and start it again.

It was a bug in F360 that only affected Windows 7. I went to Windows 10 and the problem went away. I very much dislike Win10, but F360 is working again.

I can't believe! This bug was found 2 years ago and still not fixed? Is there a QA department in Autodesk at all?

And yes, the reply from support is absolutely useless.

Antiofftopic: I have the same situation. Fusion stuck at this screen. I use gmail, if it's important.

I saw a notice on the autodesk site saying their authorization program was having an issue. may be the cause? I'm also having the same problem, but hopefully it will resolve itself

All - what you're experiencing is unfortunately due to an Autodesk service issue.  See my recent post here for additional detail, and/or keep an eye on the Autodesk Health Dashboard for the latest updates.
