Hello again. I noticed that it is very hard to stop the timeline going after pressing play by accident. In more complex designs it is a disaster. Sometimes I have to open task manager and kill F360 because it is totally unusable.

I have done this several times when trying to move through the timeline one event at a time and have ended up killing Fusion to get out.  Very frustrating.

If they still can't fix it - at least make it more difficult to hit, maybe pop up a message asking, "Are you sure you really really want to do that?  If not, you are probably about to get really really frustrated."

Absolutely.  Click play and then a pop up to confirm would do the trick.

Good idea ! It is very easy to click "play" by mistake while searching timeline with back/forward buttons.

Hi!

@julia.paganucci is there any progress on this issue? This is the most annoying bug in otherwise excellent software. And yeah, it is very frustrating and time consuming - and happens mostly when you're in a hurry and misclicks are more common, what makes it double frustrating.

I'd really appreciate a fix or even this proposed solution of a dialog box asking for confirmation of this suicide feature (which, frankly speaking, is barely useful in my opinion)

Thanks in advance!

Jake
