Hi there,

hope anyone can help.

I have a file in upload phase which is only seen in the Folder for parts where I can work on. I already deleted the original file on my computer, I deleted it online, I reinstalled Fusion twice but nothing has changed. I addition the behaviour of Fusion is weird. It works for a second then it sops for a second and so on.

Hi @Truderinger,

Can you try the following:

  1. Launch Fusion
  2. Go Offline (manual switch)
  3. Close Fusion
  4. Navigate to the following location on your PC and delete the document called "login__ActiveDocuments" (your userID will look like a unique combination of letters and numbers):
    • PC:
      • %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<User ID>
  5. Launch Fusion
  6. Editable Document list should be empty
  7. Mark a single document editable
  8. Go Online

Cheers,

Karina

Hi Karina,
first: thank you for your fast help.
Unfortunately I have no folder called "Options" neither I can find a file called "login__ActiveDocuments".
I only have these folders below \Neutron Platform:

Hi @Truderinger -

There are two "appdata" folders - one is "local" and one is "roaming".

In the top bar of the file explorer, type in %appdata% and it will take you to the roaming folder.  (%localappdata% takes you to local).

Then it will be at :

  • %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<User ID>\login__ActiveDocuments

Cheers,

Karina

Sorry for the late reply, I was answering to the E-Mail.

But here again: it worked!

Thank you very much, Karina.
