Can't start Fusion 360 because 0f QT plugin can't be initialised!

I have tried starting Fusion 360 but I get the error Can't initialise qt plugin (see screenshot).

I have installed the latest Quicktime on my computer but it still dose not work.  I have also looked for a browser plugin but can't find one ( I wondered if an extension for the browser was what they meant.

Any ideas how I can solve this?

I have been looking at some posts and suggests it may be another app using the qt plugin.

It suggested looking at the Path Environment.  I found that a Password Manager called Dashlane uses qt, so could that be the problem?  I don't want to delete if it will stop the Password Manager working.

This thread might help. QT is not Quicktime it for developing cross platform applications, see here.

It's really wierd! got it working yesterday after rebooting the PC and worked after that.  Today I tried to use it and it gave the error again.  Out of desperation I restarted the PC again and it worked!  Why?

Have you installed any other programs lately? My guess would be another program is using QT and not being considerate about other programs.

I have but when I looked at my environment settings I had a program which I use for password management was using qt,  however I found after rebooting the PC (I hadn't installed anything) the program launched OK.  Today I switched logged in and the program launched OK again.  That's odd?? I'll keep my fingers crossed and perhaps it will behave!
