Thanks for posting! Is this issue occurring when you are trying to "Save As" or "Export" a file? The "receiving data" usually occurs with Export - both are separate options in the File menu of Fusion 360, please confirm which you are using.
Does this occur when attempting to save any file or only particular files?
I'm also curious - are you working in online or offline mode in Fusion 360? Does the behavior change if you toggle between online and offline mode briefly?
This is likely to be a network connectivity issues and I'd also recommend working through our guide on setting up your network for use with Fusion 360.
