Can't save file

I tried to save my file. But, it keeps on showing "Receiving data". Any idea what's happening?

Are you seeing any error messages?

 

You might be getting the same issue as this thread here.

 

If you follow the steps in this article, you can create a backup of your work then try restarting Fusion and saving again.

Thanks for posting! Is this issue occurring when you are trying to "Save As" or "Export" a file? The "receiving data" usually occurs with Export - both are separate options in the File menu of Fusion 360, please confirm which you are using.

 

Does this occur when attempting to save any file or only particular files?

 

I'm also curious - are you working in online or offline mode in Fusion 360? Does the behavior change if you toggle between online and offline mode briefly?

 

This is likely to be a network connectivity issues and I'd also recommend working through our guide on setting up your network for use with Fusion 360.

 

Hopefully this helps us get started! If you are still experiencing problems, please confirm which command you are using (save, save as, or export), provide screenshots of the messaging you receive, and attach a copy of your diagnostic log files to this forum thread.
