can't run MeshMixer on new install of Fusion 360

I am upgrading my computer to a new Win10 machine.  Fusion 360 works fine, but I can't get MeshMixer to run.  It says to check my internet connection but there does not seem to be a problem with my connectivity.  Fusion works fine as does all my other apps.  I tried to find a login somewhere in Meshmixer but could not.  I've attached a SS of the message I receive.

What am I missing??
