Can't reinstall Fusion 360 - OSError: [Errno 9] Bad file descriptor

Hi,
I can't reinstall Fusion 360 on this MAC:
MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2019

Processor: .3 GHz 8-core Intel Core i9

Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Memory: 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Startup disk: Macintosh HD

macOS: 13.7.5 (22H527)

I can't reinstall Fusion 360. When I run the installation program, I keep getting the following error message: OSError: [Errno 9] Bad file descriptor. I have already removed the previous version from my computer, including all related files.
I also searched the official forums, but I couldn't find anything that works, like this one:
https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Errno-9-Bad-file-d...

Thank you advance for your support.

@david.francesconi Seems like a permissions error when trying to create the desktop short cut. Can you try the below to start with?

  1. Logout and Close Fusion
    2. Go to Launchpad - Uninstall Fusion
    3. Go to
  • Macintosh HD>Users>(username)>Library>Application Support>Autodesk>Autodesk Fusion 360>
  1. Delete Folder Autodesk Fusion 360
  2. Delete the Fusion launch icon (from desktop or where you have it)
  3. Restart the Mac
  4. Download the installer again
  5. Now install Fusion
