Can't Open Program - Updates Broke It Again...

Today when I opened Fusion 360 it asked me to log in and then showed me a screen that asked me to choose a new package or something and it just won't open. Can't get to my files. I am kind of really upset. I have called support but for $400 a year you don't get that I guess.

 

What happened? What is going on? Why do you keep doing this Autodesk? Why can't you just make stable software that works? I am trying to run a business over here?????

Sadly, it wasn't an update that caused this, but rather, something in the backend for all Autodesk authentication services. You can stay up-to-date on the status HERE

lol so not an update to the fusion software, just an update to back end **** that broke everything autodesk today... good god this company is incompetent and makes retarded decisions.

Funny thing is my customers don't care if it's a back end, an update, a wazi, or a woozi. It needs to work or I don't eat.

 

This downtime is giving me plenty of time to evaluate other software options. Some aren't even $400 a year and they work right now. Can you imagine????

 

To be sure this is not the first time it has happened, and the team at Autodesk keeps doing it, which is to say they'll never change, which is really to say this is my fault for continuing to use their software knowing this happens all the time and knowing they'll do nothing about it.

 

I'll be sure to post the best alternatives here once I get some time with them.
