Can't open documents

Yesterday everything in Fusion 360 was working fine. Today I opened the app, and when I double click on a document to open it from the project list on the left, instead of it opening in the app, a browser tab opens and it opens the document page in https://myhub.autodesk360.com/. And from that page if I click the "Open in App" button, the Fusion 360 icon in the task bar just starts blinking, but the document doesn't open.
Anyone else experiencing this? Really seems like either Fusion 360 has updated and broken things, or Windows has applied an update that has broken Fusion 360. I haven't changed anything on my PC since Fusion was working yesterday.
