Can't open assembly / NEED HELP

Dear Fusion 360 - Team,

I worked for a long time on a project, now I'm unable to open the assemblys (I made several back-up copies).

I tried to solve to problems with the help from the forum. Nothing worked. I made screenshots of the errors. Can you please help me out. I'm super frustrated.

Is this a Fusion 360 or an Inventor assembly? If this an Inventor assembly and you're running on a personal license you can't edit those files anymore. More details here. If not, can you share a screencast where you opening the files? The amount of information you've provided is almost zero.
