Can't open a .STEP file or a .SLDPRT file. Am I missing something?

I have two files that I uploaded to "My data" and I can see them in my list of files. All of the files I built have the option for "Editable" or "Read Only" beneath them. The two files I added, the .STEP and the .SLDPRT files do not have this option.

I can also see them in the "Mine" section of Fusion360 when it is up and running on my machine.

Is this because I am using the limited "Free" version? I don't see this not being an option in all of the documentation I have read. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks so much.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention. 

Would you please explain what the issues were and what steps you took to repair in in AutoCAD?

AutoCAD said it had some issues, it did not elaborate, I accepted the repairs.  I then checked the created entities and found the outline to be a 3D Sketch which I exploded.  I then uploaded the DWG to the Cloud and it converted it into a model for me.
