Can't move feature in timeline on Windows

Hi!

I can not move any feature only on my Windows. With mac everything works as should.

I tried easiest designs without dependencies, all the same.

I have attached both videos, sorry for windows screen recording.

here is the model.

I found another pattern. This problem occurs independently on both macos and windows, but only on external displays.

When I use internal display timeline works fine.

For me, the behavior also occurs only on one monitor.

I to am seeing the issue on a remote monitor.  I tried a bit of a test, I closed and opened Fusion 360 on the remote monitor and then opened your file.  I had the same result, I could not move anything in the timeline.  This issue persist on my models as well.
