Can't move feature in timeline on Apple Silicon

As said in the title I can't drag and drop any feature in my projects timeline. I already tried to create a demo project to test it there but this doesn't work neither.

I also tried it on my Windows pc and it works.

So it is probably a problem with the Apple Silicon Chip. I am running Fusion 360 on a MacBook Pro with a Apple M1 Pro.

I'll attach a screencast of the problem and a .f3d file that you can prove that it works on Windows.

Hi,

Thanks for posting this.

I tried your file in windows, three different macOS, and on m1 and Intel based macs. In every case I can drag the fillet before the shell, and vice versa.

So, I'm not sure what you are experiencing. Have you tried restarting the computer? I know it might sound like silly advice, but often it works.

And just so you know, there aren't any differences between m1 based macs and intel based macs other than a small performance boost in rendering/graphics. I don't know of any m1 "only" bugs.

Hey,

Thank you for your response. I have restarted my MacBook and reinstalled Fusion 360, but the error still persists.

What kind of mouse are you using?

I am using a Magic Trackpad but also tried it already with a normal Razer mouse.

I have a magic trackpad and am trying to replicate the issue again, but am having no luck. I tried all the trackpad settings just to be sure.

At this point, I don't have any suggestions other than to try a repair of the installation using the Fusion Service Utility.

Hello, I didn't expected this but a repair with the Fusion Service Utility actually fixed the problem. Thank you very much!

@Phil.E  I wanted to test it again, and I experienced the problem once more. After conducting some tests, I realized that the problem only occurs when I have Fusion 360 open on my second monitor. Perhaps this information will assist you in replicating the issue.

yes, this is a known issue:  can-t-move-unrelated-features-sketches-in-timeline   cannot-drag-and-rearrange-features-in-the-feature-tree .  As far as I know it is unrelated to Apple Silicon
