Can't log into fusion on desktop, but can on laptop

I am trying to log into Fusion 360 on my desktop but log in always fails. I have reinstalled many times but it never works. If i try logging in on my laptop it works without issue. I really want it to work on Desktop as it is significantly more powerful.
