I have reinstalled Fusion many times and it's still the same, I followed all solution in this article: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Sign-in-in-Fusion-...  still not worked.

More importantly, I don't know why I cannot open Fusion Service Utility it immediately close when I open it.

@justan_b203 Do you have any other Autodesk products installed other than Fusion? Also, if you go into your add/remove programs, do you see Autodesk Identity manager installed?

@buimyan2 Can you please try the below?

1. Close all Autodesk software

2. Uninstall Autodesk Identity manager
3. Restart your machine

4. Now launch Fusion?

Based on results we have to do certain other things.

@buimyan2 couple of things to debug this.

1. Install the Autodesk Identity from this - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/tsarticles/ts/7zbgTemIhA3ltRs4eACL0g.html

2. Now launch Fusion and see if that helps.

If that does not then can you please do the following?

1. Download process explorer

2. Now launch Fusion and it should generate logs in explorer that if you can share here

We go the above route since you mentioned you cannot launch Fusion service utility

1. After running Fusion and it fails can you go to the below location and collect the logs from there?

Service Log Files

For issues connecting to Autodesk servers.

  • Windows OS: %localappdata%\Autodesk\Identity Services\Log\IdServices.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Identity Services/Log/IdServices.log

Thank you for all the suggestions but still didn't work for me. I decided to reset my Windows, and now everything works well
