Can't get my email address verified

Good day,

 

It seems to be a problem with my fusion account. I recently changed email address and I cannot get the verification email. Would be grateful if you could look into this issue. Email address in question is gintautas@integratedoptics.com.

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

 

Is the email being sent to your old email address, by any chance? If you have access to the old email inbox, can you check there? Also, have you ensured that the email is not getting blocked by any spam filters or the domains filters for your company?

Thank you for a prompt reply James,

 

I've checked the previous email and it did not receive the email either. It does not seem to be gone into trash or spam folders on either of email addresses.

i have registered and i'm also having problems, not recieving verification mail !!

Good day, After checking both emails, trash, spam folders and trying some option changes in our email server the problem still persists. I totally cannot use Fusion 360 on my main manufacturing computer. Is there some other way to verify an email address or maybe it is possible to verify it on your end?
