Can't even install Fusion after a clean install

Just tried to reinstall AutoDesk Fusion360 after a year of no use and a failed start up, and I was presented with this error log. After the first error upon start up of the already installed Fusion360, I decided to do a clean install via the utility shell. Did that and then reinstalled via the original client download.exe I had from when I last downloaded it.

After a long wait, this is what I was presented with. (see attached photo).

I like using Fusion360 for my hobby work and I would've liked to keep using it as it is free and does the job really well and intuitively. However this may be the time that I move platforms to a different service that offers the same experience at a cheaper and actually working product.

Pretty annoyed as I was about to start doing a big project but now I cannot even start with it.

I believe your are using Windows as your operating system by looking at your log file.  If so, go to the following folder and delete it entirely.  Please note your user name will appear where mine (red arrow) is.  This is a Hidden folder in Windows so be sure to enable hidden folders.  Go to Products and Services from your Forum log in or go to your Autodesk Account and download a "new" Fusion streamer from there.  Restart your system.  When you come back up, right click on the Fusion streamer and select "Run as Administrator".

I can't even log into the website portal anymore.
The fresh install didn't finish properly so I can't even uninstall it via
windows or through the utility service executor. So I am a bit stuck right
now and I have no clue what to do.

You can start here.  As to your Autodesk Account, I cannot help you remember your account name and password.
