Can't delete a file because it says it's in use
If any VERSION of the file is in use this will prevent you from erasing a file. So even if you think it is not in use, you will have to go back through each version and see if it is being used. This is a problem may people face. I have set up a folder of files like this and placed them there just to get them out of the way. Fusion 360 will fix this issue eventually so just bear with it.
