Can't connect

Hi all,

Windows recently updated to Win 11, and now I can't connect:

What I've tried:

* Restarted my PC

* Disabled all windows firewall

* Uninstall and reinstall Fusion

* Uninstall, delete autodesk appdata, then reinstall

Nothing changes. Its starting to drive me a little crazy. I got home from work hoping to have something ready from the printer for tomorrow, but now this happened.

Thanks!

@erikosbeck

Can you please go into your registry \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Fusion360\ - And delete the Fusion 360. launch Fusion again and see if that works?

I did it through regedit as requested - no change. Same issue.

@erikosbeck We pushed out a new update yesterday. Can we try a couple more things?

1. Close Fusion

2. Delete the shortcut that you use to launch Fusion
2. Go to add/remove programs
3. Select Autodesk Fusion - Modify
4. This will launch the Fusion service utility
5. Run the "repair Fusion"
6. This will put the newest update on your machine

If this still does not help, can you connect to a different network, say your mobile hotspot and see if that connects? This will give us a direction on where to look for next.

Hi. Sorry for the late reply.

Updating the software as you suggested didn't work. What worked:

I disconnected my router and connected to my phones hotspot. That allowed me to connect. I then reconnected the router and restarted fusion. I now don't have any connectivity issue.

It's possible that a router restart might have fixed it, though it might have needed to connect to a different source. Strange.

Thanks
