Can't connect

Hello, I am having a difficult time getting Fusion 360 to start.  I keep getting two common error messages:

"Sorry, Fusion was unable to save sufficient data for Offline mode and needs to go Online.  Please make sure you have a working internet connection to continue."

 - and then:

"Cannot switch to online mode either.  Please check your internet connection.  Application will exit now."

I tried following some troubleshooting options, such as reinstalling, changing firewall settings to allow the application, and have started to look at ports but have become a bit lost.  I definitely have internet connection.  I cannot get into the settings from inside the application because it closes down before I'm able to get anywhere.

I found some logs but not sure which are useful, can post them in a reply if needed with some more guidance as to which logs I need.  I am on Windows 10.

Thanks!

You can retrieve Fusion 360 log files by following this web article.  Please post them after retrieval.  Have you tried to Synchronize your System time settings?

Hey j4ypelino,

Sorry for your trouble. I'd recommend trying a Clean Uninstall as a start. If this doesn't work please reply here and I'll bring this post to the attention of someone who can help.

Thanks Jonathan, the clean install worked!  I had tried uninstalling before, but did not go through the process of manually deleting all those folders/files in the link you provided.  I am off to the custom design 3D-printing races!

Thanks John, my approach was to do the fully clean uninstall recommended by Jonathan and then post some logs following your instructions if that didn't work.  But the clean install did the trick!  Cheers
