Can't connect to internet

For some reason all of a sudden my Fusion 360 won't connect to the internet and forces me to use offline mode. It can't connect to the mcmaster.com/shell.aspx URL and fails the connectivity test because of this. How do I fix this?

Maybe it is time to use the Fusion Service Utility Repair Option.

If I hadn’t already done that how would I have worked out which URL it couldn’t connect to?🤦🏻‍♂️

I’ve tried Repair Fusion, Reset Fusion, network diagnostic test, uninstall, reinstall in safe mode with firewall off, start with admin privileges. Nothing has resolved it

I have no idea what address Fusion connects to on the internet I just try and suggest things I have read about that have caused this issue.  This Forum post was from awhile back but it is worth taking a look at message #6 in it.  It does not tell you the offending URL, if it does not connect, it notifies Autodesk as this is the way I read it.

Just trying to help, I am a user just like you, not Autodesk.

Edit: My Network Diagnostic Test shows the same problem with the McMaster-Carr entry but I can insert McMaster-Carr models into my assembly and I have no connection issues.

Here is another article on Internet Connection problems.  Read the cure toward the end, Message #7.
