Can't connect fusion to my personal account / Login error

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a major issue with Fusion 360. After I was prompted to log in again, the app gets stuck on the screen that says “Connecting to your data” and never proceeds beyond that. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Reinstalled Fusion 360 three times

  • Cleared browser cache and logged in via Autodesk in-browser login

  • After login, it redirects to Fusion, but then the “Connecting to your data” message just stays forever

  • Contacted the fusion support

I have a stable internet connection and can log in to my Autodesk account via the browser just fine. I am currently working on a mac.

Has anyone run into this before and found a fix?

Thanks in advance!

I also did the "Guide: Sign in Failure: There was an error while logging into Fusion" multiple times, still nothing works. If I try to gather system infromation the window just shuts down while showing the progress bar. The autodesk support told me i should post me problem here... this is all really frustrating from a customer care point of view...

Just found the problem from a bug in 2020:

I have read all the forums, articles with the same problem, checking the logs.

macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Identity Services/Log/IdServices.log

I have found the solution.

The existence of a private key was repeatedly mentioned.

You have to open your "KeyChain" app search for "AdskIdentityManager" is a private key, delete and restart the Login process.

And vuala already starts with all the normality.

This worked for me, 0 thanks to the framer support for not handling this...
