Can't add constraints to projected arc

I'm currently in the process of learning Fusion and I've been struggling with this one. 

My projected curve doesn't appear to be constrained as per the white line and I can't figure for the life of me how to constrain it.

Any guidance by someone who knows better would be greatly appreciated!

Purple articles are already constrained, because it is fully constrained to the source article/s.

My apologies for not being specific enough. I'm not actually referencing to the purple projected line but the white offset arc. I'm trying to have full constraints (sketch red lock icon) but there doesn't appear to be a way to constraint it as far as I can see.

The arc, is also somewhat constrained, being White.

The sketch has three blue articles that you need to address, before the sketch has everything constrained.

1. add horizontal contraint 

2. add dimension

Note:

I have replaced the red lock with a green hook.
