Can't access some designs, Fusion is always running offline.

Hi,

I have an educational license of Fusion 360. I lot of my designs are grayed out and I can't click on them. I did some research and it said that was because the weren't saved locally and the Fusion servers were down.

It says on my job status that I'm offline because Fusion experienced an unexpected outage, but it's been saying that for weeks, even when I go to the website and it says Fusion is supposed to be running regularly it still isn't.

So how do I access the greyed out designs and run Fusion online without it always saying "we've discovered an unexpected outage"

Thanks so much for any help!

@jake_resnick Can you please get us your log files?

While Fusion is launching click on Ctrl+ Shift (windows) or Cmd+Shift (Mac) to launch the Fusion 360 service utility. Now click on gather system data and attach the zip files that it generates here.

Also, look at this thread where we did solve a similar problem for a customer - https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/working-offline-outage-detected/m-p/11908432#M1730...

@jake_resnick Thanks for the logs. Here are a couple of things we should start with baed on the little I started looking at the logs:

1. Close Fusion 360
2.Go to Finder - Go (click on option and should see a Library option pop up) - Click on library

3. Application Support - Autodesk
4. Delete 2 folders - web services and Identity services
5. Now restart your machine
6. launch Fusion 360 again

It should now ask for your login again and I am hoping this sets things straight.
