can't able to run or uninstal

my pc has latest i5 11th gen processor but there is some problem after i intalled it todays afer noon . i cant abel to open the application or to uninstall it.when i tried to uninstall it shows there is one or more of its applications are running. and that program is application streaming when i tried to close the uninstall option is also closing please solve my problem

i tried it actually worked by installing fusion 360 cleaner . and again now i intsalled it but its not working can you please help me
